And right after she says this the pod activates, the part of the pod behind her head quickly opens up and quickly latches onto her head and pulls her head back then engulfs her entire head down to her neck, her entire head goes inside and is no longer visible, restraints quickly come out of the lower portion of the pod and attach to her ankles and then they very quickly pull her ankles up above her shoulders and spread her legs apart, her ankles are pulled high enough to slightly lift her hips up, the woman tries to move but then the word "training" appears on the part of the pod around her head and her body goes still, at the end the pod turns and moves out of frame
